As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general legislation. However, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general legislation remain unaffected. Any such liability is only possible from the moment we become aware of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware of such infringements, we will remove the content in question immediately.

Liability for links

Our site contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept any liability for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked for possible legal infringements at the time of linking; no unlawful content was identifiable at that time. Permanent monitoring of the content of linked pages is not reasonable without specific indications of an infringement. Upon becoming aware of infringements, we will remove such links immediately.

Data protection

The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

Our website can generally be used without providing personal data. Where personal data (such as name, address or email addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

Please note that data transmission on the internet (e.g. communication by email) may be subject to security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

No cookies, cookieless audience measurement

This website sets no cookies. For audience measurement we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service by Cloudflare, Inc.: it works without cookies and without storing anything on your device, builds no user profiles and does not track visitors across websites. Only aggregated, technical metrics are collected (e.g. pages visited, country of origin, browser type, load times). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of website usage (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). No advertising networks, social media plugins or comparable third-party services are embedded.

Technical implementation and hosting

This website is delivered via the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). In doing so, Cloudflare processes technical connection data on our behalf as a data processor. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare. Further information can be found in Cloudflare's privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Logging

When you visit this or any other website, your browser technically transmits data to the web server, in particular: date and time of the request, name of the requested file, the page from which the file was requested, access status, browser and operating system used, IP address of the requesting device and the amount of data transferred. This data is processed briefly for reasons of technical security, in particular to fend off attack attempts (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). No reference to individual persons is derived from it.

Contact and enquiry form

If you write to us via the enquiry or contact form, we use the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, travel dates, message) exclusively to process and answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible rental contract (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). For the technical delivery of the form message we use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France) as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. The data is not passed on to third parties other than the processors named here, and is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for these purposes and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Storage period of personal data

Your data is stored only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the respective purpose, taking statutory retention periods into account.

Your rights as a data subject

For further information on the processing of your data and on your rights, you can reach us via the contact details above. We act to the best of our knowledge and belief and are grateful for any indication that we may be falling short of a standard.
